- Transformation and change
- Even the things that looked permanent end
- A light at the end of the tunnel
Something is ending so something else can start, and I wouldn’t fight it. This isn’t a card about dying. Plenty of the time it’s telling you that you’re finally getting to the end of something you’ve been going through.
The horse is standing over a fallen king. That’s the blunt half of this card: even kings die, and that goes for institutions and systems too, not just your own chapters. Now look at who else is on it. A child is holding flowers up to the rider, and the child is the only one there who isn’t afraid of him. The only one who is actually excited about the change. That’s the instruction on this card. Not brace for it, be a little more playful about it and be excited for what is new. The white rose on the banner is doing the same job. It’s the light at the end of the tunnel.
You’re through the change rather than facing it. This is the light at the end of the tunnel.
