I’m the person behind Minnow Pond Tarot. I didn’t start reading tarot to build a channel, I started because I needed answers. I used to run a marketing company, and it actually did well. Then I quit it and sat in my room for basically two years doing nothing, just staring at the walls. The turning point wasn’t some big epiphany. It was going for a walk every single day, then slowly doing more: reading everything I could get my hands on, trying anything that might help. I’ve always been into weird stuff. That’s when the answers started showing up, and tarot became the tool that helped me actually listen to them.
A little on the chart, since people ask. I’m a Pisces Sun, Gemini Moon, Aquarius Rising, born February 24th. It tracks more than I’d like to admit. Pisces is the part of me that gets pulled into a reading and actually feels it, Gemini can’t stop talking about what I find, and Aquarius stands a few feet back treating the whole thing like a weird experiment. Somehow that combination is exactly what makes this job work.
The real answer to how I got into this is stranger than the chart. I had eczema on my hands for years that nothing fixed. My mom was the one who put it together. She said I had built up energy in my hands that needed somewhere to go, and told me to start a tarot channel on YouTube. I started that same day. Never really stopped.
Now I read tarot on my YouTube channel, Minnow Pond Tarot. Every week I do two full readings for each of the twelve zodiac signs, plus bonus collective messages that dig into specific questions and recurring themes, clarifying the energy even further. I read intuitively, so it’s not just textbook card meanings. I connect the cards to what’s happening in the sky, according to Chris’s Crappy Astrology, as I call it, and to real life: love, money, work, family, and whatever decision you’re actually sitting on right now.
