You’ll see this right before your fortunes completely change!

You have been building something quietly and it has not looked like much yet. That is not a sign you picked wrong. That is what the setup phase looks like from the inside.

The belief you inherited about how your life is supposed to go is getting stress tested right now, and almost everything about to open up sits just outside the version of yourself you have been defending. Growth is on the far side of the comfortable thing, which is an inconvenient place for it to be, but there it is.

The fear underneath is specific. If you take the leap you will end up out in the cold with nothing. Notice that you are so fixed on that possibility you have stopped seeing the shelter already standing right behind you. You are safer than the fear is telling you.

• Name what is draining you and give it less room. It does not have to be a person. It can be a daily half hour that gives nothing back. Cut it and watch what fills in.
• Stop leading with what you lack. When you explain the plan, start from what you are already good at, not the resources you are missing.
• Get your head back over your feet. All logic and no imagination, add one creative hour this week. All vision and no plan, write the boring next three steps.
• Keep the plan out of the group chat for now. The people closest to you will question it, not because it is wrong, but because it is not theirs.
• Look for the sideways solution. There is almost always a way around the fight instead of through it. Spend twenty minutes finding it before you spend a month on the fight.
• Follow visible results, not promises. Potential on its own means nothing. If something is producing a result you can actually point to, keep going.
