10 Tips for Mastering Empath Energy

  1. Practice self-awareness: Take the time to be introspective and understand your emotions and energy levels. This will help you identify when you are absorbing outside energy and how to control it.
  2. Create boundaries: Set boundaries with people and situations that drain your energy. Learn to say no and remove yourself from situations that don’t serve you.
  3. Practice grounding: Connect with nature, exercise, meditate, or practice mindfulness. Grounding techniques can help you release outside energy and connect with your energy.
  4. Develop coping strategies: Identify strategies that work for you, like deep breathing, visualization, or mantra repetition. Use these strategies when you feel overwhelmed or anxious.
  5. Practice self-care: Take care of yourself physically, emotionally, and mentally. Get enough sleep, eat healthily, practice gratitude, and give yourself permission to rest when you need it. Self-care will help you maintain a healthy balance of energy and prevent burnout.
  6. Ask yourself Out loud: “Are these my Feelings?” I find that simply identifying and calling out the energy helps a lot.
  7. Breathe: Take a deep cleansing breath before entering a new room/space.
  8. Shower: rinse off any lingering energy. I like to use the “golden Egg” technique while I am in the shower. I imagine a golden egg of energy going from the top of my head, all around me, and dirty water washing down the drain.
  9. Move: Go for a walk. Moving your body moves the energy.
  10. Hydrate: Water is a main conductor of energy. Drink lots of it!

Yellow Pad Challenge V2!

Day 2 of our Yellow Pad Scripting Adventure! Today, we’re going to explore the magic of affirmations and learn two powerful tricks to turbocharge them, turning them into powerful manifestation tools.

But first, let’s quickly recap the purpose of affirmations.

Why use affirmations?

Affirmations are positive statements that help you align your thoughts and emotions with your goals. By repeating them daily, you strengthen your belief in your ability to achieve your dreams, making them more likely to manifest.

Affirmation Warm-Up:

Before diving into scripting, try warming up with some affirmations. This helps set the tone and get your creative juices flowing. Write each affirmation at least 10 times—trust me, it’s easier than it sounds!

Two Tricks to Supercharge Your Affirmations:

Trick 1 – Add “or better”: Inspired by author Marc Allen, this trick involves adding “or better” to the end of your affirmations. For example, instead of writing, “I am excited and grateful to have 1 million dollars,” write, “I am excited and grateful to have 1 million dollars or better.” This allows the universe to exceed your expectations!

Trick 2 – Start with “I intend”: Borrowed from the books “Excuse Me, Your Life Is Waiting” and “Scripting The Life You Want,” this trick involves adding “I intend” before your affirmations. Doing so signals that you’re committed to making it happen!

Bonus Tip:

Combine both tricks for maximum impact: “I intend to create 1 million dollars in a month or better.”

Today’s Challenge:

  1. Choose 3-5 affirmations and rewrite them using either of the tricks above. Write each one once.
  2. Pick one affirmation and write it 10 times. If you’re feeling motivated, do more; if not, 10 is perfect!

Remember, consistency is key! If you haven’t been writing affirmations daily, even 10 repetitions can make a significant difference.

Extra Credit:

Script about the affirmation you wrote 10 times.
