Hey there, Virgo. A lot of us are coming out of a foggy few weeks at once, and you are one of the people it lifts off first. The reset that arrives in your sign on the 10th does most of that work, and what it hands you is not a plan. It is clarity.

This whole year has been about who you are to people now versus who you used to be, and you have been rebuilding that in public without much fanfare. Some of it is obvious, like how you dress or how you talk about your work. Some of it is quiet, like how long you wait before you say the thing you actually think. Either way, the fog was hiding how much ground you have already covered.

There is a fear sitting underneath it that says the outcome could go badly, so why choose at all. But you have done versions of this before. Speaking up, being wrong in front of people, starting something over. Something you have already survived is not really a gamble.

• Skip the stuck part and come back to it. Treat the obstacle like a test question you cannot answer yet. Move on, finish the rest, return to it with better odds.
• Reopen the old idea, but change one thing. That plan from years ago is worth another look. Running it exactly as originally written is not.
• Take the risk you have already taken before. Speak up in the meeting, send the pitch, make the ask. You have proof this does not end you.
• Give somebody credit out loud. Name the person whose idea helped you. Sharing a win is the fastest way to get handed another one right now.
• Move at a speed you can steer. Fast enough to make progress, slow enough that a bump does not throw you off. Push harder than that and this month gets wobbly.
• Say yes to the short term thing. Extra hours, a seasonal contract, a one off project. Temporary work is where the real boost is hiding for the rest of the year.

You have been calling it indecision. It was bad lighting.
