You are between worlds. One reality is slowly ending and the one meant to replace it has not been born yet. That gap is uncomfortable and it is also exactly where you are supposed to be standing right now.

What is on your mind is grip. You are holding on tightly to something you do not want to let go of, and the honest version is that it is a comfort zone rather than a real security. It feels like it makes your life safer and mostly it prevents you from moving. This is not a crisis. The useful part of this stretch is that it shows you exactly where you are doing it.

You may also notice you do not know what to do next. There is a dream for your life and no obvious step toward it. Sitting with that is fine, because there is not always an answer available. Everyone who has ever built anything did not know what they were doing until they had done it. That is not a warning, it is permission.

• Take the adventure if it appears. If a chance to move, travel, or go somewhere new opens up, take it. Those are expansive right now rather than risky.
• Do not force anything. Forcing is the worst possible approach in this window. Things take the time they take. If you are drained, rest instead of pushing.
• You have done this before. You have ignored chaos and built anyway at some earlier point in your life. That is not luck, it is a skill you already own.
• One foot in front of the other. Not knowing the destination is not a reason to stop walking. Keep going and the clarity catches up.
• You are birthing something over the coming months. Work on what is actually in your hands and let the rest come together. Both halves matter, and neither works alone.
• Balance the busy. If you are staying busy to avoid the gap, that is worth noticing. Work hard and play hard, not just the first one.

The old one is not finished leaving. That does not mean the new one is late.
