All I could think was: yes, and they hand you the distribution. Something like that is popping up for you in October, and I feel like you might be looking at the wrong side of it.

The whole reading circles one thing: you have a guiding goal you actually want, and everything else needs to point at it. Your habits, your routine, the people around you, even what you eat. Not perfectly. Just a little. Do that and you get pulled toward it faster than you expect.
