Mars has spent nearly two months in Cancer, which is the reason this stretch has felt like walking through water. On the 27th it moves on.

What the last two months were actually doing

Mars wants to act. Cancer wants to know how it feels first. Put them together and you get a long spell where every push meets a question, and the question will not be skipped. So take the habit with you. The pause before the push was never the problem. It was the point.
