This is a week that rewards being seen. Not performing, just letting people notice what you are actually good at. The thing you treat as ordinary about yourself is the thing that gets attention right now, and there is real recognition available in it.

The part that matters most is pace. Build a case before you commit. Watch how the thing behaves over a few weeks, count what is honestly on the positive side of the ledger, and let the evidence stack up. That goes for the opportunity and it goes for the person.

• Fix the room you are in. A job, a home, or a routine that grates on you is worth actively replacing rather than tolerating another season.
• Act on the answer when it shows up. Insight or good news arriving between now and the 14th is worth following through on, not sitting with.
