- A leap of faith in a new direction
- A fresh start
- More capable than you realize
Take some sort of leap of faith in a new direction. Look at the card sitting next to this one, because that’s usually what you’re being asked to leap toward.
Most readers make this card about being naive and I don’t read it that way at all. Look at the sleeves. They’re tattered, which hardly anyone pays attention to, and they say he’s been on this journey before and finished it. He’s got a feather in his cap, which is what we say about someone who knows exactly what they’re doing. And he’s leaving with one tiny sack because he doesn’t need much. To everybody watching, what he’s about to do looks foolish. He actually knows plenty. The only thing that really goes wrong on this card is those mountains behind him, where he freezes at the start of a trip he already knows how to make.
The leap is the right call and you’re readier than you feel. This is usually the card telling you to go.
