Something has you convinced of the opposite of what is true. Whatever the chain is here, it is looser than it looks.
He has an upside down pentagram on his head, and that is where I start with this card. It shows you something upside down and asks you to believe it the right way up. Underneath that there is the plain reading, toxic energy, bad habits, a black cloud sitting over your life, and that can be a substance, a health thing, or people. But look at the two figures. The chains around their necks are hanging loose. They could take them off any time they decided to change the habit. The other reading I like here, and hardly anybody uses it, is trapped creative force. Sometimes the thing that is stuck is not a vice at all, it is a creative side you are not letting out.
