Slow down. And check which way he’s facing in your spread, because that’s usually where he’s headed.
Normally I don’t like the Knight of Swords, because he’s being too quick. The thing I do with this card that other people don’t is read him by which way he’s facing on the table. He’s nearly always running toward the past in a reading. The story I get is that he reaches the thing he wanted, gets nervous, and bolts, so it becomes running away from something before you even have it. Look at which card he’s pointed at in your spread, because the direction tells you more here than the meaning does. In the good stuff he inverts completely and becomes charging toward success. Same speed, better direction.
