New love, often literally. Wider than that, it’s your own emotional baseline being full before you expect anything else to work.
I’ll usually give the love reading first with this one, because a lot of the time that’s what it is, a new love or a love offer coming in. Then I widen it. The cup is overflowing, but look underneath it. There’s water right there, and it can easily reach down and fill itself back up. That’s the part I care about. This cup isn’t waiting around for somebody else to fill it. So the instruction is to do more of the things that fill you up, and to check your own emotional state first, because if that’s empty then nothing else in the reading is going to work properly.
