Hey there, Aquarius. You have typed the same message to the same person three times this week and deleted it every time, because sending it feels needy. Send it.

You are carrying more than you are letting on, and the fix is simpler than the weight suggests. This week is built around one move: open your mouth. Call the friend, text the family member, ask the question you keep circling. Admitting you could use a person is not weakness. It is how people are wired, and what feels needy to you usually looks completely normal to everyone else.

Being direct also clears up the fog. If something is unclear in a relationship or at work, go straight to the source instead of piecing it together through three people who heard it from a cousin. Mercury retrograde is only confusing when we pad what we mean with fluff. Say it plainly and most of the confusion goes away. The start of the week may feel slow, then it speeds up, and the back half is where you feel bold.

Underneath all of this is a bigger pattern. When one area of your life is stuck and another is moving, lean toward what is moving. You do not have to quit anything. Getting into flow somewhere tends to loosen up the rest, and where you end up in five years probably is not where you expect.

• Reach out to one person. Call or text someone you trust, even if it feels like too much. It tends to bring immediate relief, and for some of you it opens an important conversation right away.
• Go to the source. If you are hearing something secondhand, skip the chain of people and ask the person directly. That is how you avoid the telephone game.
• Feed what is moving. If your career is stalled but a relationship is progressing, or the other way around, put your energy where things are working and let the rest catch up.
• Take up more space. In work or business, claim what you are doing and bring some boss energy. Growth and expansion are opening up for you.
• Pick your company carefully. Spend more time with people who are in flow and less with the ones who drag you down or blame everyone else for their problems.
• Build something that lasts. A project that keeps working after you stop touching it is worth starting now, and it could help your finances down the road.
