Hey there, Aquarius. There is a point in your day lately where you do not know what to do with yourself. It reads like boredom. I think it is anticipation, which is a very different thing, because anticipation means something is actually on its way.

What is coming looks like a shakeup you make on purpose rather than one done to you. A move that surprises the people around you and probably surprises you a little too, pointed away from whatever has become too familiar.

So say the thing you have been editing down. In work, in money, in love, there is a sentence you keep swallowing because you are braced for rejection. I do not feel this situation rejects you. It is a good fit, which is exactly why speaking plainly is safe here.

• Say the unsaid sentence. Ask for the raise, name your terms, tell the person. What you are braced for is not what happens.
• Find the middle speed. Move on it, but check how it feels first. Neither charging ahead nor stalling out is the answer this week.
• Set one boundary and hold it. Protecting your time is what makes the rest of this possible. Pick the one that has been costing you most.
• Take a position out loud. Becoming known for what you are good at is the highest return move you have, and it can start very small.
• Build the frame before the finish. Whatever you are starting, get the structural part right first. Everything else attaches to it later.
• Keep distance from the loud one. Someone cocky and boastful is worth watching rather than engaging. Let their behavior play out on its own.

Boredom and anticipation feel almost identical from the inside. This one is anticipation.
