Hey there, Cancer. Somewhere this week you are going to catch yourself saying “I can’t,” and you will mean it: can’t move, can’t travel, can’t take that on. Mark it down anyway, because two years from now you are going to look back at that sentence and laugh at it.

Here is what the week actually wants from you: stop treating the size of a thing as proof that it is too big for you. There is probably a project, a client, or an ask in front of you that looks like a mountain, and it is far more manageable than it appears from here. The bigger risk this week is not overreaching. It is talking yourself out of something small that would have paid off by the end of the month.

You will also notice who has more power than you in certain rooms right now, and that awareness is useful as long as you use it calmly. Correct the imbalance, do not pick a fight over it. Meanwhile, people are speaking well of you when you are not around, especially about anything you started recently.

• Take the thing that looks like a lot. If a project or a client seems oversized, look again. It is likely easier than you think, and it is the one with money attached.
• Fix the power imbalance quietly. You will feel it clearly this month. Rebalance it in a positive way, without starting an argument you did not need.
• Curate your surroundings on purpose. The people, the places, the rooms you walk into. Put yourself in an environment that matches what you actually want, and let it compound.
• Finish the old thing on the shelf. That half done project you keep meaning to get back to could be the exact thing that frees you up, and for some of you it makes money.
• Keep the new plan to yourself for now. Build it up before you announce it. You are becoming very sure of something, and it does not need outside opinions yet.
• Watch who tries to keep you comfortable. Not bad people, just people who would rather you not leave. Listen instead to the ones who want you to grow.

The move does not have to be a moving truck. It can just be the moment you charge away from the familiar.
