And if staying open and a little exposed feels risky, that is the point. Protecting yourself by walling everything off tends to keep you stuck exactly where you are.

• Finish the thing you’ve been circling. A project, a conversation, an ask you’ve held back. It wants closing, not more polishing.
• Face it instead of dodging it. Whatever feels like an obstacle wants to be looked at directly, not avoided.
• Drop a little of your armor. Staying guarded is what’s actually keeping you stuck.
• Trust the outcome even without the map. You don’t need to see the whole road to start walking it.
