Whenever I get two 7’s in a reading, it’s a signal to me of internal affairs that do not exist. Let go of unnecessary worries or anxieties that may be holding you back. Examine your thoughts and beliefs, discerning between what is real and what is simply a product of your own fears or insecurities.
🌟 Let go of Fears, Doubt & Worry…
- Start by acknowledging and understanding the specific fears that are holding you back. Take the time to reflect on their origins and question their validity. Often, fears are rooted in past experiences or limiting beliefs that no longer serve you.
- Once you have identified your fears, challenge them with positive affirmations and rational thinking. Focus on the present moment and remind yourself that fear is often based on the anticipation of negative outcomes that may never materialize.
- Surround yourself with a supportive network of friends, family, or mentors who can provide guidance and encouragement as you face your fears.
Remember, letting go of fear is a gradual process, so be patient and gentle with yourself. Celebrate small victories along the way, and with time and practice, you will develop the resilience to overcome your fears and embrace a life filled with courage and confidence.
