We are in a time of the astrology where the universe celebrates individuality and encourages us to embrace our unique, quirky selves. I have been saying it for years that the universe wants you to “Be Your Own Little Star.” This month with 2 Super Full Moons (the first one being in Aquarius and the second one being in Pisces), the energy is practically screaming it! Expressing yourself boldly and finding your own voice can be a transformative journey of self-discovery and empowerment.Â
Here are 5 tips to Embrace Who You Truly Are with confidence and authenticity:
1. Discover Your Passions and Talents:
Take time to explore your interests and discover what truly sparks joy and enthusiasm within you. Engage in different experiences, try new hobbies, and pay attention to the activities that make you lose track of time. By identifying your passions and talents, you’ll have a solid foundation to express yourself authentically.
2. Embrace Vulnerability and Challenge Fear:
Expressing yourself uniquely requires vulnerability and the willingness to step outside your comfort zone. Challenge the fear that holds you back and be open to taking risks. Allow yourself to be seen and heard, even if it feels uncomfortable at first. Remember, true growth and self-expression often occur on the other side of fear.
3. Practice Self-Acceptance and Self-Love:
Embracing who you truly are starts with accepting yourself unconditionally. Recognize your strengths, honor your flaws, and celebrate your uniqueness. Foster self-compassion and practice self-love daily. Treat yourself with kindness, respect, and the same level of acceptance you would offer to a dear friend.
4. Cultivate Your Authentic Voice:

Where did I Go for 3 days? Thank you for all of the kind words and support as I took off for the past set of videos. I don’t think I have ever in 8 years taken off for an entire set of videos!!!
