Think about what you’ve learned about yourself and your goals over the past 30 days. What successes have you celebrated? What challenges have you faced and overcome? Write down your thoughts and feelings, and commit to continuing this practice moving forward.
Whether you choose to write scripts every day or incorporate them into your routine a few times a week, remember that the power to create change in your life is within you. Keep focusing on the positive, affirming what you want in your life, and taking action towards your goals.
