Release & Rewrite:
A Ritual For the Full Moon in Scorpio During the Lunar Eclipse:
- Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can connect with the energy of the full moon. You may want to light candles, burn incense or sage, and play some calming music to help create a peaceful environment.
- Take a few deep breaths and focus on releasing any tension or negative energy from your body. Allow yourself to become fully present in this moment and open to the transformative energy of the full moon in Scorpio.
- Take a piece of paper and write down anything you would like to release, let go of, or transform in your life. This could be a negative habit, a limiting belief, or anything that is holding you back from living your best life.
- Afterwards, write down something that you would like to invite into your life. Something that will enhance your life from this day on.
- Once you have finished writing, read your intentions out loud to the universe.
- Take a moment to visualize your intentions coming to life. See yourself stepping into your new reality, feeling the joy, peace, and fulfillment that comes with it.
- Close your eyes and sit with your intentions for a few minutes while feeling the positive energy flowing through your body.
- You can burn, or tear up the paper that has the things you want to release, and keep the paper of the things you are inviting into your life.
- When you are ready, express gratitude for this moment and for the abundance and prosperity that is already beginning to flow into your life.

This book truly changed the game for me when it comes to personal growth and development. Manson takes a refreshingly honest approach to topics like failure, responsibility, and meaning, and his no-nonsense advice is surprisingly funny and relatable. I love that he encourages readers to focus on what truly matters in life and let go of the things that don’t align with our values. If you haven’t read this book yet, I highly recommend it as a must-read for anyone looking to live a more fulfilling and authentic life. Trust me, it’s worth it!

Day 14: Reviewing Your Goals & Making Adjustments 🎯
Welcome to Day 14 of our 30-day scripting challenge! Today, we’re going to review our goals and take some time to make adjustments or refinements, if necessary.
Revisiting our goals regularly is an essential part of staying on track towards achieving them. When we review our goals, we can identify any areas where we may need to make adjustments, shift our priorities, or pivot our strategies. By doing so, we can stay aligned with our overall vision and ensure that we’re taking the necessary steps towards creating the life we want.
📝 Your challenge for today: Take some time to review your goals and identify any adjustments or refinements that you want to make. Consider things like the timeline, the steps you’re taking, and if there are any roadblocks that you need to overcome. Write down any insights or ideas that come up during this review process, and create a plan for how to implement these changes moving forward.
Remember, it’s essential to be flexible and open to change as we work towards our goals. Refining our approach allows us to continuously improve and grow, which can lead to even more significant outcomes than we initially imagined.
Take at least 10 minutes to complete this exercise. Embrace the power of scripting to help you clarify your vision and ensure that you stay aligned with your goals. Write down any insights or ideas that come to you during this process, and commit to taking action on them in the days and weeks to come.
Whether you need to pivot your strategy, shift your mindset, or simply recommit to your goals, take this opportunity to review your progress and adjust your course as necessary. With each iteration, you’ll be one step closer to achieving the life you want.
