🌟 Ultimate Guide to Finding Your Purpose (North Star) Many of us often find ourselves in a space of overthinking and uncertainty about what we truly want to achieve. I have created a step-by-step approach to discovering your purpose and finding your North Star. Whether you already have a general idea of your purpose or are completely unsure, this 5 Step guide will help you gain clarity and refine your path. 📲 Step 1: Reflect on Your Interests Begin by looking at the pictures on your cell phone. Notice if there are any recurring themes or subjects that you enjoy capturing. These pictures may hold clues to your interests and passions. For example, if you frequently take pictures of food you cook, it could indicate a passion for cooking. Identifying these patterns can help you uncover potential areas of focus for your purpose. ✍️Step 2: Write Everything Down Grab a piece of paper and write down everything you would do if everything in your life went exactly as planned. Imagine a scenario where there are no limitations or obstacles holding you back. List all the experiences you want to have, things you want to create, and anything that comes to mind. Don’t hold back and aim for the quantity rather than quality in this exercise. 💪Step 3: Discover Your Skills and Weaknesses Create a list of skills and strengths that you possess. Include anything that you excel at or have been praised for by others. Don’t discount any abilities, even if they seem insignificant. Additionally, identify any weaknesses or repetitive weaknesses that you notice in your life. These weaknesses can potentially be reframed and turned into strengths. 👩💻Step 4: Explore Your Resources Make a list of all the resources you have at your disposal. This can include financial resources, skills, possessions, or anything that could potentially support you in pursuing your purpose. Consider both tangible and intangible resources that you possess and how they can contribute to your journey. 📝Step 5: Identify Patterns and Prioritize Go back to your lists and circle the top 10 items that stand out to you the most. Look for any similarities or overlaps between the different lists. These patterns indicate areas of interest or potential purpose. Additionally, reframe any weaknesses or challenges in a positive light and consider how they can be utilized to your advantage. By reflecting on your interests, identifying your skills, exploring available resources, and recognizing patterns, you have gained valuable insights into your true purpose. Keep in mind, this journey may be dynamic, and your purpose may evolve over time. Embrace the opportunities for growth and continue to refine your path towards a fulfilling and purposeful life.
